Maciej Chmielarz has been dealing with quality assurance in IT projects since 2008. His experience comes from leading Polish and global technology companies that develop unique engineering solutions. Currently, he works at IVONA Software, a company that delivers world class speech synthesis and is a subsidiary of Amazon. He previously worked a few years at Asseco Poland on the development of the biggest IT project in this part of Europe and he started his professional career at Acxiom. Since 2012, he has been leading the postgraduate studies on Software Testing at the Gdansk School of Banking, willingly sharing his knowledge and experience with dozens of people interested in developing their career in this area. Starting in 2013, he has been cooperating with the Polish Association for Software Quality, among others, actively participating in organizing Testwarez, the biggest Polish conference on software testing. He is one of the founders and organizers of TrojQA meet-up, open talks on quality assurance and testing addressed to professionals from Tricity.
